We, Valato Automation & Energies India Private Limited, feel proud to introduce ourselves as a manufacturer and wholesaler of High Mast Pole, Decorative Garden Pole, 01 Bollards Lights, Aleo Bracket Arms, etc. Our products are used for power transmission and telecommunication. In all these years, we have manufactured around 2 lakh poles. On a monthly basis, the demand for our manufactured array is increasing and we are working round the clock to fulfill the same. 

By maintaining high quality in our offered array, we have attained the satisfaction of our customers. We are growing at an exponential rate and are dominating the respective industry with our excellent range. Our phenomenal growth has been made achievable because of the support of our team and business associates.

Our Manufacturing Process

The following steps are involved in the manufacturing of our products:

• Welding: We make use of Longitudinal butt welding using a CNC Pole closing machine to give an accurate dimension to our offerings.
• Grinding: In the next step, grinding work is carried out by our experts to give a better finish to the product surface.
• Base Plate Fitting: The welding of the base plates is done from the bottom of the Pole Shaft in order to convert them into the pole.
• Door Fitting: Doors are filled at 500mm projection of the Base Plates to keep all the electrical items inside the pole shaft.
• Galvanization: The process of galvanization is carried out via seven tank process in a single hot dipping method that results in a better finish.
• Straightening & Finishing: Once the galvanization process is completed, straightening of the pole is done with the help of machines. After this, the final finishing and fillings of electrical accessories are done.
• Loading and Dispatch: The loading of products is done by EOT cranes and goods are dispatched after complete documentation.

Mission

The mission of our company is to deliver a safe range of 01 Bollards Lights, Decorative Garden Pole, Aleo Bracket Arms, High Mast Pole, etc., along with the assurance of quality. Further, we are working with the aim to expand our venture in different parts of the country, and are mainly looking for inquiries from Delhi NCR, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
